Garba Djibo
Master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Virginia, bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a minor in Math from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality.
Over 18 years of experience in multiple regulated industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, and tissue manufacturing, and more than 12 years of experience in a Leadership role.
Background and experience include Quality Management System, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949, cGMP, GDP, Analytical laboratory management, Lean Six Sigma, Statistical process control, 8D problem solving methodology, and continuous improvement. Considerable and diverse exposure to qualitative and quantitative chemical and instrumental analyses. Instrumentation proficiencies include: Gas Chromatography (GC), Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC), UV-Vis

Master’s degree in Geospatial Information Science & Technology from North Carolina State University, bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information system from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and currently enrolled in the Master of Public Administration Program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in Environmental Sustainability, Water Resources, and Natural Resources Management, Sustainable Urban and Regional Development Planning.
